The service
Mango sells eSIM data plans for use while traveling. Plans activate once the eSIM connects to a supported network in a covered country.
Who you buy from
The seller is Lifecycle Innovations Limited, CR No. 76545088, Unit 4005, 144-151 Connaught Road West, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong, trading as Mango. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
Fair use
Data is unlimited but not unthrottled. Each plan carries a daily high-speed allowance, from 500 MB/day up to 5 GB/day depending on the plan. Past it your speed drops for the remainder of that day, to between 128 kbps and 1 Mbps, and full speed returns at midnight UTC. There is no monthly volume cap. You are never disconnected.
Coverage and excluded countries
Global plans cover 157 countries. 12 are excluded because no network there is available to us at a workable price: Angola, Bhutan, Cameroon, Eswatini, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Papua New Guinea, Seychelles, South Sudan, Tonga, Vanuatu and Zimbabwe. We no longer sell a plan for any of them, so you cannot buy one by mistake. Your eSIM will not connect in an excluded country. If a plan is unusable to you for that reason, contact support and we will refund it.
Payments and renewal
Prices are shown with VAT included where applicable. Plans are billed monthly in euro until you cancel. Each renewal is a new month of the same plan at the price shown at checkout, unless we email you a change first.
How to cancel
Cancel from your dashboard: each eSIM has a self-serve Cancel plan control that cancels at period end (stops the next renewal; the month already paid for keeps working until it ends). WhatsApp and email to support@mango.talk still work if you prefer. Cancelling does not refund that month, except where the unused-plan rule below applies.
Refunds
Unused plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided the eSIM has not connected to a network.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes are emailed to active customers before they take effect.
