eSIM compatibility
Mango eSIM works with iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3+, Samsung Galaxy S20+, and most modern Android flagships. Your device must be unlocked. Check Settings → General → About → SIM (iPhone) or Settings → Network → SIM (Android) for eSIM support.
Activation guide
After purchase you'll receive a QR code by email. On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code. On Android: Settings → Network → SIMs → Add eSIM → Scan QR. Takes under 30 seconds.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes. No caps, no throttling, no hidden limits. Stream Netflix, use Google Maps, video-call home — Mango won't slow you down.
Refund policy
If your eSIM hasn't been activated, we offer a full refund within 14 days. Activated eSIMs are non-refundable. Contact us via WhatsApp or email and we'll sort it fast.
Using multiple devices
Each eSIM is tied to one device. If you need data on multiple devices, you can share a hotspot from your Mango eSIM device. For separate devices, purchase individual plans.
Billing & subscription
Most plans are monthly subscriptions billed via Stripe. You can pause anytime from your account — billing stops until you resume. Cancel anytime, no fees. Receipts hit your inbox automatically.
Where does Mango work?
Mango covers 200+ countries across Europe, Americas, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East. Each plan lists its specific coverage on the shop page. If your destination isn't covered, Nomad usually has it.
